•Having bitter gourd juice on an empty stomach has proved to prevent diabetes. If you are too stubborn or enjoy eating bitter gourd, then you could make stuffed karela (bitter bourd) or fry them like chips and have them as a snack. This will not just bring a change in your menu and give a respite to your taste buds, but also be beneficial to your health.

•Soak a few seeds (1/4 tsps) of methi in water overnight. First thing after you brush your teeth in the morning, gulp down the methi along with the water.

•Jambul fruit is considered as an effective medicine for diabetes considering its effect on pancreas. The seeds too can be dried, powdered and had with water twice a day.

•The guava is among those fruits that are available in most times of the year. With its vitamin C property and high fibre content, this is perhaps one fruit that diabetics can fearlessly have. However, a recent study has shown that having guava with its skin can heighten the blood sugar levels, so make sure you peel off the skin before consumption.

extract the juices by squeezing it tightly over a small bowl. Mix one part each of Apple Cider Vinegar and onion juice and dab the mixture onto the age spots with a cotton ball. This may be repeated daily for a total of six weeks.

Rub the juice or gel of the Aloe Vera plant directly onto the affected area twice a day. You should notice a change in the coloration of the spots within a month.

Home Remedies For Blood Pressure

High blood pressure (hypertension), often called a silent killer, is the pressure of the blood in the arteries. Tip 1: Powder 100 gm melon seeds and 100 gm poppy seeds (khus-khus). Mix and store in a clean container. Consume 1 tsp with water morning and evening.

Tip 2: A clove of garlic is highly recommended for high blood pressure. Chew one clove of garlic first thing every morning and wash it down with water. The garlic can also be coarsely pound and swallowed with water.

Tip 3: Make a juice of 25-30 curry leaves (mitha neem) with 1 cup of water. Strain and drink first thing in the morning. Lime juice can be added for taste.

Tip 4: In the same manner coriander or fenugreek leaves can be tried they won’t harm in any way and at the same time one can find out what is best suited to their system.

Tip 5: Mix 1 tsp honey with 1 tsp ginger juice and 1 tsp cumin powder. Have twice a day.

The stomach normally secretes acid that is essential in the digestive process. This acid helps in breaking down the food during digestion. Boil one cup of water. To this add 1 tsp of Aniseed (Saunf). Cover and leave overnight. Strain the water in the morning, add 1 tsp of honey. When this is taken 3 times a day it prevents acidity.

Tip 3:
To 1 ½ liters of water add 1 tsp Caraway seeds (shah jeera). Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Sip while warm. Have the concoction 2-3 times a day for 5-6 days.

Tip 4:
Powder one clove and one cardamom; use the powder as a mouth freshener after every meal. No more acidity and no more bad breath.

Natural Home Remedies for Hair Loss Problem

દહીંનો ઉપયોગ આપણા રસોડામાં મોટી માત્રામાં થતો હોય છે. ખાવામાં તે સ્વાદિષ્ટ હોય છે અને જાતજાતના પૌષ્ટિક તત્વોથી ભરપુર પણ. તેમાં પ્રોટીન, કેલ્શિયમ, રાઇબોફ્લેવિન, વિટામિન બી6 અને વિટામિન બી 12 જેવા પોષક તત્વો હોય છે. દહીંને તમારા ખાનપાનમાં સામેલ કરવાથી સુંદરતા અને સ્વાસ્થ્ય બંને બનશે. દૂધની સરખામણીએ સ્વાસ્થ્ય માટે દહૂં વધુ ફાયદાકારક હોય છે. દૂધની સરખામણીએ

દહીં ખાવાના ફાયદા -

1. દહીંના સેવનથી હૃદયમાં થનારા કોરોનરી આર્ટરીના રોગથી બચી શકાય છે. ડૉક્ટરોનું માનવું છે કે દહીંના નિયમિત સેવનથી શરીરમાં કોલેસ્ટ્રોલ ઓછું કરી શકાય છે.

2. ચહેરા પર દહીં લગાવવાથી ત્વચા મુલાયમ બનવાની સાથે તેમાં નિખાર આવે છે. જો દહીંથી ચહેરાનું મસાજ કરવામાં આવે તો તે બ્લીચનું કામ કરે છે. વાળમાં દહીં કંડીશનરનું કામ કરે છે.

3. ગરમીમાં ત્વચા પર સનબર્ન થઇ ગયું હોય તો દહીંનો મસાજ કરવાથી રાહત મળે છે.

4. દહીં દૂધની સરખામણીએ સોગણું વધુ સારું છે કારણ કે તેમાં કેલ્શિયમ હોવાને લીધે હાડકા અને દાંત મજબૂત બને છે. તે ઑસ્ટિયોપોરોસિસ જેવી બીમારી સામે લડવામાં મદદરૂપ બને છે.

5. હાઈ બ્લડ પ્રેશરના જર્દીઓએ દરરોજ દહીંનું સેવન કરવું જોઇએ.

6. દહીમાં અજમો નાંખીને ખાવાથી કબજિયાત દૂર થાય છે.

7. દહીંમા ચણાનો લોટ નાંખી ત્વચા પર લગાવતા ત્વચા ચમકીલી બને છે, ખીલ દૂર થાય છે.

8. માથામાં ખોડો થતાં દહીં લગાવવાથી ફાયદો થાય છે. વાળ મુલાયમ બને છે.

10. પેટની બીમારીઓથી પરેશાન થતા લોકો જો ભોજનમાં પ્રચૂર માત્રામાં દહીં સામેલ કરે તો સારું રહેશે. તેમાં સારા બેક્ટેરિયા રહેલા હોય છે જે પેટની બીમારી દૂર કરે છે. પેટમાં જ્યારે સારા પ્રકારના બેક્ટેરિયાની ઉણપ સર્જાય છે ત્યારે ભૂખ ન લાગવા જેવી બીમારીઓ પેદા થાય છે. આ સ્થિતિમાં દહીં સૌથી સારું ભોજન બની જાય છે.

11. જો તમારી ત્વચા ડ્રાય છે તો અડધા કપ દહીંમાં એક નાની ચમચી ઓલિવ ઓઇલ તથા એક ચમચી લીંબુનો રસ મિક્સ કરી લગાવો અને થોડીવાર બાદ હુંફાળા પાણીથી ચહેરો ધોઇ લો. ત્વચાની ડ્રાયનેસ દૂર થશે.

12. ડૉક્ટર અને વૈદ્ય માને છે કે દૂધ જલ્દી પચતું નથી અને કબજિયાત કરે છે જ્યારે દહીં તુરંત પચી જાય છે. જે લોકોને દૂધ ન પચતું હોય તેમણે દહીંનું સેવન કરવું.
