Remember good diet. Eat lots of fresh vegetables, green preferably; and drink at least 2 liters of water each day. Also make sure you clean your combs and brushes daily.
Take two tablespoons of pure vinegar and mix with 6 teaspoons of water and apply directly to the scalp right before bed. Wrap your head in a towel or hair wrap. Wash your hair the next morning when you get up and after rinse again with vinegar. Do this treatment once a week for three months.
